Why do I need a VizagEShop.com account? What does it do?
Your VizagEShop.com account is a security feature, which not only simplifies transactions, but also personalizes VizagEShop.com for your needs. Once you create your user account, VizagEShop.com will be able to remember you each time you visit and allow you to perform "one-click" transactions. There is no charge to you to have an account.
Why do I need to register ?
VizagEShop has a cash on delivery facility which is based on trust. To prevent fraudulent orders and also to permit "one click shopping" you need to be a registered user.

PRICING
Prices displayed on VizagEShop.com are subject to change without prior notice. However VizagEShop.com will inform the same to the customer before the delivery of goods.
ORDERING
1. Orders are accepted both On-line and Off-line (by E-mail, Phone, Fax or through personal sales network)
PAYMENT
1. For residents of Vizag, if delivery is to be made to the same address as the registered one, payment can be made on delivery.
2. For residents of Vizag, if delivery is to be made to an address other than the registered one (such as when sending a gift), payment has to be made in advance.
3. For those resident outside Vizag, payment is to be made in advance always.
4. We also accept payments in the form of DD's and Money Orders.
5. Payments in the form of DD's should be made in favour of Net Savant payable at Visakhapatnam.
6. For all Money Order payments, the order will be processed as soon as we receive the money.
7. For payment through Money Order the address is as follows:

8. Please remember to clearly write your Order Number on the reverse side of the DD and in the case of Money Order, in the given message area.
9. We accept Visa/Master Credit Card payments as of now. We hope to accept payment by American Express shortly.
10. We also have the Internet Banking facilities of participating banks such as IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Centurion Bank, HDFC Bank and IndusInd Bank, wherein your account is directly debitted of the amount.
DELIVERY
1. Free Home Delivery for all items except for orders less than Rs.100/-.
2. Delivery time of 24 hrs to 48 hrs if in stock, if not a maximum of 1 week.
a. All gold jewellery will take between 4 to 7 days for delivery.
b. All perishable items such as Flowers, Cakes and Sweets will be delivered within 24 hours.
c. Soft toys require a minimum of 72 hours for delivery.
d. CD's, Watches, Computer Books and Computer Consumables will be delivered as stocks permit.
e. Please note, that all these time frames are only indicative. All efforts will be made to deliver the items as soon as possible.
3. Delivery of the products is subject to its availability.
4. VizagEShop.com will not be held responsible for non-availability of products and non-delivery due to unavoidable circumstances. However we will make all efforts in intimating the same to the customer at the earliest possible.
5. VizagEShop.com reserves the right to deny service without reason.
6. Delivery will be made anywhere in Visakhapatnam. Some items can be delivered countrywide!!!
7. Kindly specify separate delivery dates for each item that you order in VizagEShop.com.
8. Delivery will be made between 1000 hrs and 2000 hrs on all days for Visakhapatnam only.
Door Bandhan
Under this new scheme launched by VizagEShop.com, our esteemed customers can now order goods to be delivered countrywide. There is a specific list of items that can be ordered under this scheme, details of which can be found by clicking on the relevant button.
Door Bandhan items can be delivered on all days except on Sundays. Orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance for all items.
If the day of delivery of an item ordered under 'Door Bandhan' falls on a Sunday, then the item will be delivered on the next day, i.e. Monday.

Cancellation/Returns and Replacement Policy
Cancellation of orders can be made NOT LATER THAN 2 days prior to the scheduled date of delivery. Refund will be made after deducting the service charges.
Opened defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product only.
Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without any fee. Replacement product will be sent out on receipt of the returned product by VizagEShop.com without additional delivery charges.

If you have forgotten your password then fill in your name and user id and we will send you an email with your password.

This facility allows you to change your password, if you so desire. You have to enter your user id and your current password correctly, then type in your new one, reconfirm it and click on the change button.

4. Modify User profile

This facility allows you to modify any personal details like change in telephone number, address etc. For this you have to be a registered user. To modify your profile it is imperative that you log on by entering your USER ID and PASSWORD and then make the necessary changes.
