The following terms and conditions will apply to all sales by VizagEShop.com. ("VizagEShop.com") pursuant to orders received at this web site.
General:
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. VizagEShop.com accepts no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any order without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed but VizagEShop.com is not responsible for any errors.
Payment Policy:
PRICING
Prices displayed on VizagEShop.com are subject to change without prior notice. However VizagEShop.com will inform the customer about any such changes before the delivery of goods.
ORDERING
1. The maximum value of an order is Rs. 2000/- for a first time customer. Subsequently you may place an order for a maximum of Rs. 4000/- per order. For orders less than Rs.100/- you will have to pay delivery charges of Rs. 15/-.
2. Orders are accepted both on-line and off-line (by phone, fax or through our personal sales network).
PAYMENT
1. For residents of Vizag, if delivery is to be made to the same address as the registered one, payment can be made on delivery.
2. For residents of Vizag, if delivery is to be made to an address other than the registered one (such as when sending a gift), payment has to be made in advance.
3. For those resident outside Vizag, payment is always to be made in advance.
4. We also accept payments in the form of DD, Money Order and Credit Cards. (Master/Visa)
5. Payments in the form of DD's should be made in favour of Net Savant payable at Visakhapatnam.
6. For all Money Order payments, the order will be processed as soon as we receive the money.
7. For payment through Money Order the address is:

8. Please remember to write clearly your Order Number on the reverse side of the DD and in the case of Money Order, in the given message area.
DELIVERY
1. Free Home Delivery for all items except for orders less than Rs.100/-.
2. Delivery time of 24 hrs to 48 hrs if in stock, if not a maximum of 1 week. (Applies only to payment by Cash on Delivery)
3. Delivery of the products is subject to its availability.
4. Delivery of goods paid for through DD or Money Order will be made as soon as we receive payment.
5. VizagEShop.com will not be held responsible for non-availability of products. However we will make all efforts to inform the customer of such unavailability.
6. VizagEShop.com reserves the right to deny service without assigning any reason.
7. Delivery can be made for all products anywhere in Vizag and some products anywhere in India.
Returns and Replacement Policy
Cancellation of orders can be made NOT LATER THAN 2 days prior to the scheduled date of delivery.
Opened defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product only.
Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without any fee. Replacement product will be sent out on receipt of the returned product by VizagEShop.com without additional delivery charges.
Claims/Disputes
All claims and disputes will be subject to Visakhapatnam jurisdiction only.
